Skyland Istanbul

Skyland Istanbul is a mixed-use skyscraper complex located in Sarıyer’s Huzur neighborhood. Completed in 2019, it consists of three towers: the 65-story Skyland Residence Tower (284 meters high), the 64-story Skyland Office Tower, and the 28-story Skyland Hotel Tower (180 meters high). The project offers 830 luxury residences, 504 modern office spaces, and a five-star hotel with 300 rooms. Designed by Peter Vaughan, Skyland Istanbul represents a modern architectural marvel and serves as one of the city’s most iconic structures.
